Ingredients:
- 400 grams of mackerel tuna
- 100 grams ground chili
- 3 cloves garlic
- 8 shallots
- 1 small piece ginger
- 2 dried garcinia
- 7 blimbi
- 1 L water
- 1/2 turmeric leaf
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp sugar
Instructions:

Clean the fish and place it in a wok
Add the turmeric leaf

- Add the ground spices (ground chili, shallots, garlic, and ginger)

Add water to the wok
Turn on the heat and cook over medium heat

- When the water begins to boil and add the dried garcinia and blimbi into the wok

Let the water reduce and the mackerel tuna cook
Add salt and sugar as natural seasonings


- Once the flavor is just right and the liquid has reduced and thickened, turn off the heat


- The spicy and sour tuna is ready to eat
