
Hi bloggers and food lovers, happy new week. When I’m not sure what to cook, black pepper sauce is my go-to because it pairs well with many types of protein. It has a savory and spicy flavor that suits my taste and I use tofu and meatballs for this dish. Okay, let’s get started
Ingredients:
- 1 package of egg tofu
- 4 meatballs
- all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp oyster sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 shallots
- 1/4 onion
- cooking oil
- 75 ml water
Instructions:

- Cut the tofu into several pieces

Coat the tofu with all-purpose flour
Heat oil in a pan

Fry the tofu until golden brown
Remove and set aside


- Combine the sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, black pepper, garlic powder, chili flakes, and a little water in a bowl



- Sauté the garlic, shallots, and onion until fragrant

- Add the sauce mixture to the pan

- Add the remaining water to the pan


- Add the fried tofu and stir briefly

Cook until the sauce comes to a boil
Turn off the heat and serve on a plate


- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top
