Hi bloggers and food lovers, happy weekend! What are you cooking today? Today I'm going to share a simple and quick recipe to fill your weekend. The savory, sweet, and spicy flavors make for a delicious side dish. The ingredients are easy to find, and it's quick to cook. Okay, let's get started.
Ingredients:
- 1 egg tofu
- 1 pack of enoki mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon salted soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 100 ml water
- 2 red chilies
- half a spring onion
- butter
Steps:
- Clean the ingredients and chop the chilies and spring onion, then set aside.

- Cut the egg tofu to your liking. I cut it into 10 pieces.

- Coat with cornstarch.

- Fry in hot oil and do not flip too often or the egg tofu will break apart.

- Once cooked and browned, remove and drain.

- Prepare a bowl and add sweet soy sauce, salted soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili sauce, garlic powder, white pepper, and black pepper, then add water.

- Stir until well mixed and set aside.

- Sauté the enoki mushrooms briefly with a little butter until they release water.

- Add the fried egg tofu.

- Pour the sauce that was made earlier over it.

- When it starts to boil, add the chopped chili and spring onion.

- Cook over low heat for about 7 minutes to allow the sauce to absorb.

- Turn off the heat and serve with warm rice.
