
Hi bloggers and food lovers, today I’m sharing a recipe for cabbage and carrots as a healthy lunch option. It’s simple to make and uses easily available ingredients. The dish has a savory, sweet, and spicy flavor, and the juicy beef adds even more depth to the dish.
Ingredients:
- 2 carrots
- 1 baby cabbage
- 50 grams of beef
- 5 red chili peppers
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 onion
- 1 egg
- 100 ml water
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp pepper
- a little vegetable oil
Steps:

Cut the beef into small pieces and marinate with baking soda and salt for 15 minutes
Wash the vegetables under running water
Cut the carrots lengthwise and set aside
Cut the baby cabbage and set aside
Slice the red chili peppers and set aside


- Mince the garlic and onion



- Heat the oil, then stir-fry the marinated meat until tender

Add the garlic and onion
Stir-fry until fragrant

- Add the sliced chili peppers and stir-fry briefly


- Add water and bring to a boil


- Add the carrot pieces and cook until half-done

- Add the cabbage pieces and sauté until slightly wilted



- Add salt, pepper, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce


Crack the eggs and add them to the vegetables
Cook until done


- Serve on a plate and stir-fried cabbage with egg and beef are ready to eat
