Hi bloggers and food lovers, how are you? I hope you’re having a great day. Do you like sweet treats? Today I’m going to share a sweet treat made with sweet potatoes and oats, it turns out to be absolutely amazing! Lately, my younger sister has been buying sweet potatoes a lot, so I’ve gotten pretty tired of just eating them boiled. That’s why I tried to make them more interesting to serve. The sweetness of the sweet potatoes is perfectly balanced by the oats and the creamy filling. Okay, let’s get right to it
Ingredients:
- 300 grams sweet potatoes
- 100 grams of oats
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 200 ml milk
Instructions:

- Prepare steamed sweet potatoes

- Peel the sweet potatoes and place them in a bowl

- Mash them with a fork

- Prepare the oats, then blend them until they become a oat powder

- Add the oat powder to the bowl

- Mix the sweet potatoes and oat powder until well combined

- Once well combined, take 50 grams of the dough and shape it into a tart shape

- Repeat until all the dough is used up

Place the tart shells in the oven
Bake the sweet potato-oat dough in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes

- While waiting for the tart shells to set, crack the eggs into a bowl

- Add sugar and cornstarch to the bowl

- Add vanilla extract to the bowl

- Add milk to the mixture

- Stir until well combined

- Pour the tart filling into the tart crust

- Bake the tart again in the oven at the same temperature for 1 hour

- Let the tart cool

- The sweet potato-oat tart is ready to eat
