
Hi bloggers and food lovers. What did you have for breakfast today? Today I had tamagoyaki, or rolled omelet, for breakfast. Making tamagoyaki is really fun for me. The ingredients are simple and quick to prepare. Okay, let's get started.
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 spring onion
- 1 sausage bite
- 1/2 carrot
- 1/2 sheet of nori, cut in half
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- A pinch of black pepper
Steps:

- Chop the spring onion and grate the sausage bites and carrot

- Set aside

- Crack 3 eggs into a bowl

- Add salt, soy sauce, and black pepper

- Add the chop spring onion, sausage, and carrot


- Whisk the eggs until well mixed

- Heat a pan with a little oil


- Pour the eggs into the pan over low heat

- Roll the eggs


- Pour the eggs back into the pan and add the nori on top

- When half cooked, roll the eggs again



- Repeat until all the eggs are used up


- Cook until the eggs are done


- Turn off the heat and serve on a plate with sauce


- Tamagoyaki is ready to eat
