Tamagoyaki For Breakfast 🍳

Hi bloggers and food lovers. What did you have for breakfast today? Today I had tamagoyaki, or rolled omelet, for breakfast. Making tamagoyaki is really fun for me. The ingredients are simple and quick to prepare. Okay, let's get started.

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 sausage bite
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1/2 sheet of nori, cut in half
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • A pinch of black pepper

Steps:

  • Chop the spring onion and grate the sausage bites and carrot

  • Set aside

  • Crack 3 eggs into a bowl

  • Add salt, soy sauce, and black pepper

  • Add the chop spring onion, sausage, and carrot

  • Whisk the eggs until well mixed

  • Heat a pan with a little oil

  • Pour the eggs into the pan over low heat

  • Roll the eggs

  • Pour the eggs back into the pan and add the nori on top

  • When half cooked, roll the eggs again

  • Repeat until all the eggs are used up

  • Cook until the eggs are done

  • Turn off the heat and serve on a plate with sauce

  • Tamagoyaki is ready to eat
