
Hi bloggers and food lovers, everyone. How are you? Today I'm participating in Qurator's Hive Top Chef this week with the main ingredient being tofu, hosted by @qurator. Tofu is one of my favorite foods. This time, I'm going to make it with oyster sauce. Okay, let's get started.
Ingredients:
- 300 grams of tofu
- 2 eggs
- 3 red chilies
- 1/2 onion
- 3 red chilies
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 spring onion
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of chili flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- vegetable oil
- 100 ml water
Steps:


- Clean the tofu and cut it into cubes like this


- Crack 2 eggs and beat them well


- Pour the eggs into the tofu

- Fry the e tofu in a pan containing heated oil

- Cook until the tofu turns brown

Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and chopped chili to the pan
Sauté until fragrant

- Prepare the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, chili flakes, salt, and pepper in a plate/bowl


- Mix well, then add water

Stir again, then add to the pan over medium heat
Cook until the water is absorbed

Add spring onion pieces to enhance the aroma
Adjust the seasoning, then turn off the heat


- The tofu with oyster sauce is ready to serve
