Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared the recipe of Lentil amellate, I am happy you all liked my post and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Spinach–Turnip Fusion Curry with Potatoes.

Let's see how I made it.

Ingredients

  • Turnips ( 500 kg )
  • Spinach ( 200 kg )
  • Oil ( 1 cup )
  • Onion ( 50 grams )
  • Potatoes ( 200 kg )
  • Salt, turmeric & red chilli powder

Process

Guys, I have shared most of the recipes with you, so today I am going to share a recipe Turnips_Spinach Curry.
So, without wasting time, I will tell you how to make it.

So first of all I had cut all the ingredients like potato, spinach, turnip and onion and now it's time to cook.
So let's see the cooking procedure of this recipe.

So I put the chopped onion in a pot or pan and added a cup of cooking oil to it and put it on the stove.
As soon as it turned brown, I added a little water to it.

After that, I added spices to it, which include ground red chili, turmeric, and salt.
After sauteing for some time, I added chopped potatoes to it.

After adding the Potatoes, I added the chopped turnips and mixed them well.

Now after adding the spinach I put it on low heat for about 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, all the vegetables were cooked well in their own water.
So here you can see its final look. I made this recipe in about 30 minutes. It was Delicate texture with a beautiful savory flavor.


Final Look:

As you can see it Soft as velvet, savory in every bite.
