So first I washed the mutton well and put it in a pot.
I added garlic, green chillies, roughly chopped tomatoes and onions.

Now I added salt to it and water and put it on the weight for about 10 minutes.
After removing it from the weight, you can see that the meat and all the green spices have cooked well.
Now I added cooking oil to it.

Add yogurt to it and roast it for a while and then I added a little water to it and put it on steam for about five minutes.

After removing it from the steam, you can see that it has a little thick gravy, so now I sprinkled hot spices on it and this is my mutton ready.

This beautifully slow-cooked mutton curry is the definition of rich, comforting indulgence.
Tender, bone-in pieces of mutton are gently braised until perfectly soft, allowing every bite to melt in the mouth.
A true homestyle delicacy, this dish brings together tradition, flavor, and pure comfort in the most delicious way.
Final Look:
The luscious yogurt-based gravy, infused with aromatic garlic, onions, and tomatoes, creates a silky, flavorful base that coats the meat with deep, satisfying taste.
Each spoonful delivers a perfect balance of warmth and spice, while the rustic texture and golden richness make it irresistibly appetizing.

I hope you all like my recipe. I will wait for your comments. Now we will meet in the next post with a new recipe. Until then, Good Bye...🤗
