Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe. ๐
Last time I shared Potatoes Flatbread ๐ฅ, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback. ๐
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Pumpkin Fritters with Curry. ๐
Let's see how I made it.

Ingredients
- Pumpkin ( 500 grams )
- Oil ( 4 cup )
- Onion ( 200 grams )
- Spices
- Gram Flour ( 4 sp )
- Green Chillies
- Tomatoes ( 30 grams )
- Garlic. ( 2 bulb )
Process
Since I have Sundays off from college, I usually make some new recipe on Sundays and share it with you guys. ๐ซ
I have mentioned the ingredients needed to make this recipe above.

First I took a fresh pumpkin, grated it, then squeezed the water out of it, and then I added finely chopped onion to it. ๐ง

I added gram flour to it and then I added ground spices which include salt, red chilli powder, turmeric and hot spices.
Then I mixed it well and then I added finely chopped green chillies. ๐ถ๏ธ

I first heated the oil in a pan and then put them with a spoon in the hot oil to roast and kept turning them over with the help of a spetula. ๐ฅ

Then when they turned brown, I took them out, so now my koftas were completely ready. ๐ง

Now it was time to make the gravy, so for that, first I chopped Ginger and Garlic very finely, added a cup of oil to it and started frying it. ๐ซ๐ง
After frying it for some time, I added the chopped Onion and tomatoes and started roasted it again. ๐ง

Then I added salt, red chilli powder and turmeric to it. ๐
After frying them and after they were cooked enough, I finally added 2 cup water to it. ๐ฆ

Now, after boiling in water and cooking, when the gravy is thick, we had already fried the Pumpkin Fritters (Pakoras), it was time to add the fritters to the gravy. ๐ซ
So we added the Fritters to the gravy.

At the end I sprinkled them with hot spices and garnished them with chopped coriander.
My recipe was completely ready. ๐ค
I finished it in about 40 minutes.
The crispy pumpkin fritters soaking in that warm, spiced gravy give it a beautiful, restaurant-style vibe. ๐
