Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared Gajar Kheer, I am happy you all liked my post and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Desi Methi Paratha with Makhan.

Let's see how I made it.


Ingredients

  • Fenugreek
  • wheat flour
  • Ghee
  • Salt, turmeric & red chilli powder
  • Water
  • Hot Spice

Process

Guys, I have shared most of the recipes with you, so today I am going to share a recipe of Paratha.
So, without wasting time, I will tell you how to make it.

I separated the fenugreek leaves from the stems and then ground them finely and then added salt, red pepper, turmeric, and hot spices to the wheat flour.

Then added the ground fenugreek and kneaded the dough with water.

Now I made two small round balls from the dough, spread one ball a little, put a little ghee on it, and placed the other ball on top of it, making a ball out of them.

Now I started rolling it with the help of a rolling pin and made it a Flatbread.
Now I put it on the hot tawa as soon as the bottom layer was cooked, I changed its side.

Now when the other side was cooked, I applied a little ghee on the top layer and cooked it with the ghee side down.

So this is my fenugreek paratha that is completely ready.
The fenugreek paratha is soft yet lightly crisp on the outside, carrying the warm aroma of spices kneaded right into the dough.
The subtle bitterness of fenugreek turns into a flavorful charm when paired with buttery warmth and cool, silky yogurt—making it comforting, satisfying, and absolutely delightful.


Final Look:

The melted butter on top adds a rich, glossy finish, while the creamy side of yogurt balances every bite with a smooth, refreshing touch.
