So first I put a cup of oil in a pan.
When the oil was hot, I added garlic paste and cumin seeds to it and fried it.

When the cumin and garlic changed color, I added thinly and round potato slices and roasted them.
After a while, I added finely chopped onion.

Now I added tomato to it and along with it I added ground spices including salt, ground red chillies and turmeric and roasted them all well.
After that I added green chillies to it and let it cook on low flame.

So after about 15 minutes of cooking on low flame, when I removed the steam, it was fully cooked
And now at the end I sprinkled the ground hot spices in it. I made it in about half an hour.
Final Look:
The cumin and garlic tempering adds a deep warmth, while the onion–tomato masala coats each potato perfectly without any excess gravy. Simple, rustic, and incredibly satisfying.

I hope you all like my recipe. I will wait for your comments. Now we will meet in the next post with a new recipe. Until then, Good I hope you all like my recipe.Bye...🤗
