Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared the recipe of Pumpkin & Black Chickpeas Masala, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Chicken & Potatoes Cutlets.
Let's see how I made it.

Ingredients
- Chicken ( 200 grams )
- Potatoes ( 400 grams )
- Oil ( 1 cup )
- Onion ( 100 grams )
- Carom seeds ( 1 tsp)
- Spices Powder
- Egg ( 2 )
- Green Chillies
- Fresh Green Coriander
- Tomatoes ( 50 grams )
Process
Since I have Sundays off from college, I usually make some new recipe on Sundays and share it with you guys.
So, let me quickly tell you how to make this recipe step by step.

First I boiled the chicken and shredded it, and along with that I boiled the potatoes and chopped them too.

I added shredded chicken to the chopped Potatoes and also added finely chopped onions, tomatoes, and green chilies.

After that I added the ground spices including salt, turmeric and ground red chilli and mixed everything well. After that I added Carom seeds and hot spices.

Lastly added coriander leaves. I mixed all these things well. So now my mixture is completely ready.
Now I shaped this mixture into cutlets using a cutlet maker.

Now it was turn to fry these Cutlets, so for that I beated two eggs well, I poured oil on the pan.
After the oil was hot, I placed the cutlets dipped in the egg on the pan to fry.
Turning them over with the help of a flipper.

When they turned brown, I took them out on a plate. My Potatoes & Chicken Cutlets were completely ready.
They give a very unique taste to all kinds of food.
Final Look:
Soft on the inside, perfectly golden and crispy on the outside , these egg-crusted potato cutlets are pure comfort and flavor in every bite.
