Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared the recipe of Milk-Infused Black Chickpeas with Fresh Greens, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Golden Crunch Potato & Peas Cutlets.
Let's see how I made it.

Ingredients
- Peas ( 1 kg )
- Potatoes ( 400 grams )
- White Flour ( 2 tbsp )
- Breadcrumbs ( 2 cup )
- Oil ( for Fry )
- Onion ( 100 grams )
- Garlic ( 1 bulb )
- Spices Powder
- Green Chillies
- Fresh Green Coriander
Process
Since I have Sundays off from college, I usually make some new recipe on Sundays and share it with you guys.
So, let me quickly tell you how to make this recipe step by step.

First I boiled the potato and peas and then mashed and mixed them together.

Now I added finely chopped onion, garlic and green chilies to it.
After that I added the ground spices including salt, turmeric, ground red chilli, hot spice and mixed everything well.

Lastly added coriander leaves. I mixed all these things well.
So now my mixture is completely ready.
Now I shaped this mixture into cutlets using a cutlet maker.

Now I put white flour paste in a bowl and breadcrumbs in a plate.

Now it was turn to fry these Cutlets, so for that I poured oil on the pan.
When the oil got hot, I dipped the cutlets in the white flour paste and then coated with breadcrumbs and then put it in hot oil to fry.

Turning them over with the help of a flipper.
When they turned brown, I took them out on a plate.
My Potato & Peas Cutlets were completely ready.

Golden on the outside and irresistibly soft on the inside, these potato and peas cutlets are packed with the warmth of onions, garlic, green chillies, and aromatic spices.
Final Look:
The flour dip and breadcrumb coating give them a perfectly crisp finish, while the inside stays flavorful and comforting. Every bite feels homely, crunchy, and deeply satisfying.
