Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared the recipe of Jaggery Flexseed Laddus, I am happy you all liked my post and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Herb Veggie Bowl.
Let's see how I made it.

Ingredients
- 🥬 Cauliflower ( 300 kg )
- 🥔 Potatos ( 300 kg )
- 🫛 Peas ( 500 kg )
- 🥕 Carrot ( 200 kg )
- 🥗 Spinach ( 200 kg )
- 🛢️ Oil ( 1 cup )
- 🧅 Onion ( 50 grams )
- 🫚 Ginger Paste ( 1 tsp )
- 🧄 Garlic ( 1 bulb )
- 🌶️ Green Chillies
- 🌿 Fresh coriander
- 🧂 Salt, turmeric & red chilli powder
- 🥫 Hot Spice
Process
Today I am going to share a recipe with you guys, so without wasting any time, I will quickly tell you the procedure of how to make Green Top Veggies Bowl.
I have mentioned the ingredients needed to make this recipe above.

So first of all I washed and chopped all the vegetables well.
Now it's time to cook them.

So, first I chopped garlic, ginger, green chillies and onion finely and put them in a pan and added a cup of cooking oil to it.
So after frying for a while when its color turns brown, I added the ground spices which include salt, red chilli and turmeric and roasted it.

After roasting the spices, it was time to add the vegetables, so I added all the vegetables one by one, including potatoes, peas, cabbage, carrots, and spinach.

After mixing all the vegetables, I left them to cook on low heat for about 15 minutes.

After removing from the steam, you can see that all the vegetables are well cooked because the vegetables had released their oil.
Now I sprinkled garam masala and fresh coriander leaves on top of it.
Final Look:
Soft, buttery potatoes form the heart of the bowl, perfectly complemented by tender cauliflower, sweet carrots, peas, and earthy spinach.
The fresh coriander topping adds a burst of herbaceous aroma, while the hot spice finish brings a subtle heat that awakens every bite.
