Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared the recipe of Crispy Masala Potato Bites, I am happy you all liked my post and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Roasted Gram & Nut Energy Balls.
Let's see how I made it.

Ingredients
- Flaxseed ( 1 kg )
- Roasted Wheat ( 1 kg )
- Roasted Chickpeas ( 1 kg )
- Jaggery ( 1.5 kg )
- Mustard oil ( 1 kg )
- Fennel seeds ( 250 g )
- Water ( 1 litre )
- Nuts
Process
Since I have Sundays off from college, I usually make some new recipe on Sundays and share it with you guys.
So, let me quickly tell you how to make this recipe step by step.

First I put jaggery in a pot and added water to it and put it to cook and prepared a syrup for it.
On the other hand, I also burned the Mustard oil in a separate pot so that its smell would disappear.

Now I put the powder of flaxseed, wheat, fennel, and chickpeas in a large pot.
And then I added the syrup that I had prepared from jaggery.

Then I added mustard oil to it and mixed the powder well with the oil.

Now I added nuts to it which included peanuts, coconut, raisins and almonds.
I mixed all of them into this mixture and now I shaped it into laddus with the help of my hands.

So here is my recipe for today. Crunchy nuts and aromatic dry fruits add texture, while jaggery brings natural sweetness that melts in your mouth.
