Process
Since I have Sundays off from college, I usually make some new recipe on Sundays and share it with you guys.
So, let me quickly tell you how to make this recipe step by step.
First of all, we prepare the pakoras for the kadi pakoras.
The ingredients needed to make the pakoras were potatoes, spinach, and onions.
I peeled and washed them well, then I cut them.
After chopping the ingredients, it was time to add the spices.
So I first added gram flour, then salt, crushed red chilies, turmeric, and dried coriander powder.
After adding the spices, I added half a cup of water and mixed the whole mixture well.
So now the mixture was completely ready to make the pakoras.
To fry the pakoras, I heated oil in a pan so that I could add this mixture to it and fry the pakoras.

Now started pouring this mixture into the pan with the help of a spoon so that I could fry them.
In this way, I fried all the fritters,
so you can see that the fritters are completely ready.
Now it was time to make the curry. To make the curry, I chopped the ginger, garlic, and onion well.
I put this mixture in a pan and then added a cup of oil to it and started frying it.

After frying it for a while,it turned a brown shade, I added spices to it, which included salt, ground red chilies, and turmeric.
After adding these spices, I mixed it well and started frying again so that these spices dissolve well in it.

Now I added turmeric and gram flour to the buttermilk drink.
After adding both these ingredients to the buttermilk drink, I whipped or mixed it well with the help of a whisk so that the gram flour and turmeric dissolve well in it.
I added this mixture that we just prepared to the pan that I had kept for frying.
After adding this mixture, I cooked it until it boiled.
After it boiled, I cooked it for another five minutes so that the rawness of the buttermilk drink would disappear and it would thicken somewhat.
After that, I added the pakoras to the mixture and after reducing the heat, left it to cook for another five minutes.
Now, to make it crispy, I added some cumin seeds and a little oil to it in a separate frying pan and when the cumin seeds turned brown or golden,
I poured it into the kadhi pakora, which added to the taste as well as the aroma and beauty of the kadhi pakora.
So now my recipe for today is completely ready. You can see its final look in the pictures below where I have served it with rice.
It took me about 45 minutes to make this dish.
Final Look:
As you can see it looks very delicious and spicy.
I hope you will definitely try my recipe once.
I will wait for your comments. Now we will meet in the next post with a new recipe. Until then, Good Bye...🤗
