Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe for bitter gourd meat.
Let's see how I made it.
Ingredients
- Bitter gourd ( 300 grams )
- Oil ( 2 cup )
- Onion ( 600 grams )
- Spices
- Meat ( 500 grams )
- Green Chillies
- Tomatoes ( 300 grams )
- Garlic. ( 2 bulb )
Process
So guys, you must have known from the title that I am going to share a recipe of Bitter Groud with you.
I have mentioned the ingredients needed to make this recipe above.
First of all, I prepared the ingredients needed to make bitter gourd meat.
I chopped the gourds and left them for some time with salt to remove their bitterness.
I also washed the meat and chopped the remaining vegetables like tomatoes, chilies, and onions.
In this way, I had prepared all the ingredients well. Now it was time to cook this recipe.
Now let's see how to make it.
First, I fried the Bitter Groud in cooking oil, fried them, and kept them aside.
Then I added the onion and garlic paste to the same pan and cooked it until it turned brown.
And then I added the meat and tomatoes with it.
And at the same time, I added spices including salt, red Chillies, turmeric, etc. and started roasting them on normal heat.
I kept roasting the meat until it was cooked, then I added the chopped onion to it, mixed it well and started roasting again.
When the meat and onions were well-cooked, meaning they released their oil, I then added the fried bitter gourds to them and mixed them well.
After mixing the fried Bitter Groud, I put it for 10 to 15 minutes on low Flame.
My recipe was completely ready. 🤗
I cooked it in about an hour.
As you can see it looks very yummy and delicious .
