Hello all Bloggers

Hi guys...! How are you all, I hope you all are well.
Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared the recipe of Golden Roast Beef Masala, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Pan-Roasted Chapli Kabab in Yougrt Gravy .

Let's see how I made it.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat ( 700 grams )
  • Oil ( for fry )
  • Onion ( 200 grams )
  • Yougrt ( 2 cup )
  • Bread ( 2 slices )
  • Hot spice ( 1 tbsp )
  • Salt, turmeric & chilli flexes ( according to taste )
  • Ground red chillies & Black pepper ( 1tbsp )
  • Cumin and Coriander Powder ( 1 sp )
  • Green Chillies ( 3 )
  • Fresh Green Coriander & Mint Leaves ( handful)

Process

Guys, so far I have shared most of the recipes with you, so today I am going to share a new dish with you guys.
So, without wasting time, I will tell you how to make it.

So first I put the minced meat in a pot, added finely chopped onions from which I had squeezed the water.
Then I put the bread in it, slightly moistened, then I added yogurt to it.

Now I added finely chopped green chillies, fresh coriander and mint leaves.
Then added crushed spices which include salt, ground red chillies, turmeric, black pepper, hot spices, cumin and coriander powder, chili flakes.

Now I mixed all these spices well with minced meat until all the ingredients were combined.
Then I shaped it into cutlets with the help of a cutlet maker.
Now I added cooking oil to a pan and spread the cutlets with the help of my hands and fried them in this oil.

I fried the kababs on a normal flame and when they turned brown, I took them out in a plate.
Now I took Yougrt in a bowl, added some ground spices to it and mixed it well.
I added this Yougrt to the oil that was left after frying the kababs.

I cooked the Yougrt on low heat for about two to three minutes, then I added the Chapli kababs and simmered them for about five minutes, then I added the onion rings on top.

Now finally I added fresh coriander and mint leaves on top of it and lightly sautéed it for another two minutes.
This Yougrt Chapli Kabab Karahi looks absolutely mouthwatering.

Final Look:

The crispy chapli kababs soaked in a rich and creamy yogurt gravy create a perfect balance of texture and flavor.
The fresh onion rings, coriander, and mint not only add vibrant color but also enhance the aroma and freshness of the dish.
Every element, from the juicy minced meat to the flavorful spices, comes together beautifully, making it a dish that feels both comforting and special.

I hope you all like my recipe. I will wait for your comments. Now we will meet in the next post with a new recipe. Until then, Good Bye...🤗
