So first of all I washed and chopped all the Sarson Gandal well.
I chopped garlic, ginger, green chillies and onion finely and put them in a pan and added a cup of cooking oil to it.

After frying for some time, I added chopped Sarson Gandal to it.
After mixing all the vegetables, I left them to cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.

After removing from the steam, you can see that all the vegetables are well cooked because the vegetables had released their oil.
Now I sprinkled garam masala on top of it.
Final Look:
Beautifully balanced desi dish where tender potatoes and sweet peas blend with the bold, earthy flavor of sarson gandal, gently coated in aromatic spices.

I hope you will definitely try my recipe once.
I will wait for your comments. Now we will meet in the next post with a new recipe. Until then, Good Bye...🤗
