Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared sauce recipe of Tamarind and Apricot, I am happy you all liked my post and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Savory Radish Greens Blend.
Let's see how I made it.

Ingredients
- Radish with it's Leaves ( 1 kg )
- Oil ( 1 cup )
- Onion ( 50 grams )
- Ginger Paste ( 1 sp )
- Garlic ( 1 bulb )
- Green Chillies
- Salt, turmeric & red chilli powder
Process
Guys, I have shared most of the recipes with you, so today I am going to share a recipe of Radish with it's leaves.
So, without wasting time, I will tell you how to make it.

First I washed the radish, then peeled it. Then I cut it into small pieces.
And then I put these cut pieces in a pot, added water equal to them and put it on the stove to boil.
After boiling for four to five minutes, when these pieces became soft, I filtered the water from them.

I also cut the radish leaves that were green and soft and then ground them to make this paste.
Now let's start the cooking process of this recipe:

For this I put the garlic, Ginger, onion and green chilli paste in a separate pan and added a cup of oil to it and put it on the fire to fry it.
When its color turned brown, I added spices to it. Which included ground red chilli, salt and turmeric.

After roasting the spices, I added tomatoes and then added the radish leaf paste.

Now I roasted the entire mixture well for about four to five minutes so that all the ingredients are cooked well and then after that I added the boiled radish pieces to it.

After roasting the boiled radish pieces well in this mixture, I kept it on low flame for about 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, it was completely cooked.
So here is my ToDay's recipe is ready.


In Last, I garnished it with chopped red chilies to make it look attractive.
So here you can see its final look. I made this recipe in about 50 minutes. It was very savory and tasty.
Final Look:
As you can see it looks very rich and flavourful.
I served it on Wheat Phulka (Flatbread) with butter for lunch.
