Today I am going to share with you guys the Sweet Dish.

- Egg ( 1 )
- Oil ( 1 cup )
- Sugar ( 1 cup )
- Water ( 4 cup )

Process
Guys, so far I have shared most of the recipes with you, so today I am going to share a sweet dish with you guys.
So, without wasting time, I will tell you how to make it.

So first I put the semolina in a pot and added oil to it and put it to fry and slowly stirred it with a spoon until its color changed.

As soon as its color turned brown, I added sugar to it and mixed both the semolina and sugar well.

Now I added water to it and set it to cook.
I also added an egg in a bowl and beat it well.

When the water came to a boil, I added the beaten egg and cooked it until it thickened.

So now you can see how much it has thickened. Now I took it off the stove and finally added raisins on top of it. This is my recipe.
Creamy sooji cooked to a soft, kheer-like texture, enriched with eggs for that velvety bite. The raisins bring tiny bursts of natural sweetness in every spoonful.
Final Look:
Served warm, it tastes rich, mildly sweet, and beautifully aromatic with a smooth, melt-in-the-mouth finish—simple, nostalgic, and absolutely irresistible.

I hope you will definitely try my recipe once.
I will wait for your comments. Now we will meet in the next post with a new recipe. Until then Good Bye...🤗
