Hello all Bloggers

Hi guys...! How are you all, I hope you all are well.
Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared the recipe of Golden Caramel Milk Dessert, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Spiced Gram Flour Spirals.

Let's see how I made it.

Ingredients

  • Gram-flour ( 3 sp )
  • Tomato ( 50 grams )
  • Onion ( 50 grams )
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste ( 2 sp )
  • Oil ( 1 cup )
  • Spices Powder
  • Green Chillies
  • Fresh Coriander

Process

Guys, so far I have shared most of the recipes with you, so today I am going to share a new dish with you guys.
So, without wasting time, I will tell you how to make it.

First I added salt and pepper to the Gram Flour, added water to it, kneaded it, then made a dough out of it, made it into a loaf with the help of a rolling pin, and then cut it into pieces with the help of a knife.

Then I gave them a spiral or twists-like shape.
Now I took very finely chopped ginger, garlic, and onion in a pot and added a cup of cooking oil to it and started frying it.

Now I added chopped tomatoes to it and then ground spices including salt, ground red chillies and turmeric.
After frying for some time, now I added those spirals to it.

After frying the spiral for a while, I added hot water to it and cooked it for a while and then when it became a thick gravy, I took it off the stove.

In last I sprinkled hot spices and fresh coriander on it.
Soft yet structured, each bite offers a beautiful balance of warmth, earthiness, and subtle heat.

Final Look:

Delicately shaped gram flour spirals are gently simmered in a fragrant green spice base, allowing every layer to absorb rich, aromatic flavors.

I hope you all like my recipe. I will wait for your comments. Now we will meet in the next post with a new recipe. Until then, Good I hope you all like my recipe.Bye...🤗
