Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared the recipe of Bharwa Karela, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback.
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of HomeStyle Daal Keema Recipe.

Ingredients
- Mince ( 400 grams )
- Chickpea Lentil ( 400 grams )
- Oil ( 1 cup )
- Onion ( 100 grams )
- Tomato ( 80 grams )
- Ginger-Garlic Paste ( 2 sp )
- Whole Spice ( Cumin seeds, Cinnamon, Black cardamom)
- Salt & Turmeric ( according to taste )
- Ground red chili & Chili flexes ( according to taste )
- Coriander & Cumin Powder ( 1 sp )
- Green Chili's ( 2 or 3 )
- Fresh Green Coriander ( handful )
Process
Since I have Sundays off from college, I usually make some new recipe on Sundays and share it with you guys.
So, let me quickly tell you how to make this recipe step by step.

First, I poured cooking oil into a pot and then added the spices, including cinnamon, black cardamom, and cumin.
When they turned brown, I added finely chopped onion.

Then I added ginger-garlic paste, tomato and green chillies and cooked it for some time.
Then I added minced meat to it.

I added ground spices to the mince, including salt, turmeric, red chili powder, and chili flexes, and roasted them for a while.
Then I put it on the simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes.

Now the mince was well roasted and all the spices were well incorporated.
Now I added the boiled Chickpea Lentil to it and roasted it for a few moments.
Then I added the boiled Lentil water to it and let it cook for about five minutes.

Finally, I added coriander and cumin powder and sprinkled fresh coriander leaves.
This hearty Keema & Chickpea Lentil dish is the perfect blend of comfort and flavor.
Its golden color, rustic appearance, and fresh coriander garnish make it look like a true homemade delicacy that is as comforting as it is flavorful.
Final Look:
The minced meat is slowly cooked with fresh ginger, garlic, onions, tomatoes, and aromatic green spices, creating a rich and deeply satisfying base.
The addition of boiled chickpea lentils gives it a creamy texture and wholesome character, making every bite both nourishing and delicious.
