Hi guys...! How are you all, I hope you all are well.
Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared the recipe of Mixed Veg Stir Fry with Radish Pods, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback.
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Spicy Potato Bread Rolls.

Let's see how I made it.


Ingredients

  • Potatoes ( 300 grams )
  • Gram Flour ( 2 sp )
  • Corn Flour ( 2 sp )
  • Bread ( 4 )
  • Oil ( for Fry )
  • Onion ( 50 grams )
  • Water ( for mixing )
  • Spices Powder
  • Cumin & Coriander Powder
  • Green Chillies

Process

Guys, so far I have shared most of the recipes with you, so today I am going to share a new dish with you guys.
So, without wasting time, I will tell you how to make it.

So first I boiled the potatoes and mashed them and then added the ground spices including salt, ground red chillies, black pepper, chaat masala and hot spice and mixed it well.

Now I took the bread slices and removed the edges and then spread this mixture well on the bread and shaped it into a roll.

In this way, I prepared all the rolls.
Now it was my turn to prepare the coating on top of it.

For this, I chopped the onion very finely and added finely chopped green chillies to it,
then added gram flour and corn flour to it, then added crushed spices including salt, turmeric, red chillies, cumin and coriander powder.

After mixing all these things well, I prepared a paste.
Now I dipped these rolls in this paste and coated them well.
Now I put them in hot cooking oil to fry them.

When it turned golden, I took it out of the oil with the help of a sieve.
In the same way, I fried all the rolls and took them out on a plate.

Perfectly golden and crispy on the outside, soft and creamy potato filling on the inside, every bite delivers an irresistible crunch with rich, flavorful spices.
The gram flour pakora-style coating adds an extra layer of crispiness, making them even more tempting.


Final Look:

Served hot with ginger-garlic sauce, the bold, tangy, and garlicky flavors take the taste to the next level.
This snack is not only visually mouthwatering but also pure comfort and street-style delight in every bite.
