Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared the recipe of Crispy Corn-Crusted Bread Patties, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Mini Dumplings.
Let's see how I made it.

Ingredients
- Plain flour ( 1 cup )
- Potatoes ( 200 grams )
- Oil ( for Fry )
- Onion ( 50 grams )
- Ghee or Oil ( 1 tbsp )
- Spices Powder
- Green Chillies
Process
Guys, so far I have shared most of the recipes with you, so today I am going to share a new dish with you guys.
So, without wasting time, I will tell you how to make it.

First, I added a pinch of salt and a spoonful of oil to a cup of flour, kneaded it with water, made a dough, and left it for about half an hour.

Now I boiled the potatoes and mashed them.
Then I added finely chopped onion and green chilies to it.

After that I added the ground spices including salt, turmeric, ground red chilli, Chat Masal, hot spice and mixed everything well.

I made two balls of the dough that we had prepared in advance and rolled them out very thinly with the help of a rolling pin and then spread the mixture on top with the help of a spoon.

I rolled the second dough in the same way and placed it on top of the mixture, meaning now in the middle there is a layer of mixture and dough on the bottom and one on top.

After that, I cut it into square pieces with the help of a knife and shaped them into shells with the help of my hands.

Now it was time to fry them, so I heated the cooking oil in a pan and then put the dumplings in it and fried them.

Turning them over with the help of a flipper.
When they turned brown, I took them out on a plate.
Stuffed Mini Dumplings were completely ready.
Final Look:
Golden, crispy Shell Bites filled with a perfectly seasoned potato mixture that melts in every bite.
The delicate outer layer gives a satisfying crunch, while the soft filling of potatoes, onions, and green chillies creates a rich and comforting flavor.
