Hello all Bloggers

Hi guys...! How are you all, I hope you all are well.
Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared Ramen vibes, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys the sauce recipe.

Let's see how I made it.

Ingredients

  • Tamarind ( 60 g)
  • Dry Apricot ( 100 g)
  • Red chili powder ( 1 sp )
  • Ground black pepper ( 1 sp )
  • Salt ( 1 sp )
  • Sugar ( 1/2 cup )
  • Water ( 5 cup )

Process

Guys, so far I have shared most of the recipes with you, so today I am going to share a Sauce recipe of Tamarind and Apricot with you guys.
So, without wasting time, I will tell you how to make it.

First, I soaked the tamarind and Dry Apricot in water for three to four hours so that I could easily remove the pits from them.

After removing the pits from the tamarind and apricots that I had soaked, I ground both ingredients using a grinder and poured the mixture into a pot and placed it on the stove to cook.

As soon as the mixture came to a boil, I added spices, which included ground red chilies, ground black chilies, salt, and sugar.

Now I let it cook further until it thickens enough and the water in it dries up enough.
I let it cook for about 15 minutes.

You can guess from the pictures above how much I thickened it.
I have prepared the sauce in about 25 minutes.
The taste of this sauce is sweet and sour in every way.
We can store it at normal temperature for a long time and can have it with any fast food at any time.

Final Look:

Here in the final look photos, I have served the sauce with two types of fries.
You can have it with anything.

I hope you will definitely try my recipe once.
I will wait for your comments. Now we will meet in the next post with a new recipe. Until then Good Bye...🤗
