Last time I shared the recipe of Radish Pods Peas and Potatoes, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Vegetable Biryani in my Style.

Ingredients
- Soaked Rice ( 1 kg )
- Carrots (2)
- Ginger Paste ( 1tsp )
- Potatoes (300 g)
- Peas (300 g)
- Oil ( 2 cup )
- Spices Powder
- 5 Spice
- Biryani Spices
- Garlic ( 1 bulb )
- Onion ( 1 bulb )
- yogurt ( 1 cup )
- Mustard Food Color ( 1 tsp )
- Boiled Eggs ( 2 )
- Green Chillies
Process
Today I am going to share a Grand Famous recipe with you guys, so without wasting any time, I will quickly tell you the procedure of how to make Vegetable Biryani.
I have mentioned the ingredients needed to make this recipe above.
Now let's see how to make it.

So first of all, I washed and chopped the ingredients that were to be used, for example, I cut the carrots, potatoes into long slices and shelled the peas.

After preparing all the ingredients, it was time to cook the Vegetable Biryani. 😋

For this, I first chopped the ginger, garlic, green chillies and onion, put them in a pot,
added a cup of cooking oil, and started frying it, I also added tomatoes.
When the green spices turned slightly brown, I added the ground spices to it, which included salt, red chili, and turmeric and started roasting all these spices again.

Now I added chopped vegetables like potatoes, carrots and peas and roasted them on normal flame for about ten minutes.

Now I added a cup of curd to it and started roasting it again.
I finally added the biryani masala, which is essential for making biryani.

After a minute or two of adding this, I turned off the stove and thus our curry was ready for biryani.
And now I sprinkled a little hot spice and Fresh mint leaves on top of it.

Now it was time to boil the rice, I had soaked the rice beforehand.
So I took water in a pot and added salt and five spices to it.
When the water boiled, I added the rice to it.

I had already boiled the eggs.
After about three to four minutes, when the rice was about 80 percent cooked, I strained the water from it.

Now that both the rice and curry were cooked, it was time to layer the biryani.
For this, first I spread the rice on the bottom layer in a pot, then poured the biryani batter over it,
and then added the second layer of curry on top of that.

In the third layer, I added boiled eggs and mix mustard food color with two tablespoons of water and pour it over the rice.
I repeated the same process twice and then heated on low flame for five to 10 minutes.
Final Look:
So this is my Vegetable Biryani, that is completely ready.
You can see from the final look how delicious and spicy it looks.
I have finely chopped cucumber as a salad and added it to this biryani.
