Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared the recipe of Boiled Egg-topped potato and Pea Curry, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Vegetable Rice in my Style.

Ingredients
- Soaked Rice ( 1 kg )
- Carrots (2)
- Ginger Paste ( 1tsp )
- Potatoes (300 g)
- Cauliflower (300 g)
- Peas (300 g)
- Oil ( 1 cup )
- Spices Powder
- Cumin seeds ( 1 tsp )
- Tomato
- Onion ( 1 bulb )
- Green Chillies
- Water ( 2 litre )
Process
Today I am going to share a Grand Famous recipe with you guys, so without wasting any time, I will quickly tell you the procedure of how to make Masala Vegetable Rice.
I have mentioned the ingredients needed to make this recipe above.

First I chopped the onion in a pot and added oil to it. As soon as the color of the onion changed, I added water to it.
Then, to bring out the color of the onion, I added chopped ginger, chilies, and tomatoes.

After that I added salt, red chilli, turmeric and cumin seeds to it.
And now I added vegetables potatoes and peas to it and fried them well.

Now I added cabbage and carrots to it and roasted them well.
When the vegetables were roasted, I added water to it.

When the water came to a boil, I added the pre-soaked rice to it and when the rice had absorbed the water, I simmered it for about seven minutes.

After seven minutes, I removed it from simmered and here is my recipe for today, it's completely ready. I made it in about 40 minutes.
Final Look:
Vegetable masala rice looks absolutely inviting perfectly cooked and filled with colorful vegetables.
Paired with fresh cabbage and cucumber on the side, it feels light yet deeply satisfying. A simple, wholesome plate that truly comforts the soul.
