Hello all Bloggers

Hi guys...! How are you all, I hope you all are well.
Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared Chana Masoor lentils, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys the Sweet Dish.

Let's see how I made it.

Ingredients

  • Milk ( 1 litre)
  • colourful vermicelli ( 1 pack )
  • Sugar ( 1 cup )
  • Water
  • Nuts

Process

Guys, so far I have shared most of the recipes with you, so today I am going to share a sweet dish with you guys.
So, without wasting time, I will tell you how to make it.

First, I took a packet of colored vermic, opened it, put it in a pot, and roasted it on a normal burner. As soon as the color changed a little, I took them out into a pot.

Now I took water in a separate vessel and when the water boiled, I put these vermicelli in the boiling water and as soon as they became soft, I strained the water from them.

After filtering the water, I added milk to them. After the milk was cooked, I added sugar to it and cooked it further.

So after cooking for some time, you can now see that the milk has thickened quite a bit and it has thickened even more as it cools.

So here is my sweet dish of the day. I made it in about 20 minutes.
I kept it in the refrigerator for about an hour after it cooled down to enhance its flavor.

After that I topped it with crushed almonds and Coconuts you can see in the final look below.

Final Look:

A creamy, comforting, and festive bowl vibrant in color, rich in milk, and perfectly crowned with almonds and crushed coconut.

I hope you will definitely try my recipe once.
I will wait for your comments. Now we will meet in the next post with a new recipe. Until then Good Bye...🤗

Did you know that @stresskiller is also a witness now ?

You are right, it may contain gluten because it becomes somewhat sticky (elastic) after cooking.
Anyhow thanks for your support, 😊
