Today I made a delicious homemade chicken zinger. My family really loves this recipe because it is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. It is also very easy to make at home with simple ingredients.
I prefer making homemade zinger because I can control the spices and use fresh ingredients. It tastes even better than many fast-food versions.

Ingredients

500 g boneless chicken breast (cut into thin pieces)
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
3 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons mustard sauce

First, I cut the boneless chicken breast into long strips. If you want to make burgers, you can cut them into round burger-sized pieces instead. I cut them into strips because I like to freeze them and use them later for burgers, sandwiches or other meals.

Next, I add all the spices to the chicken. I use garlic powder, paprika, salt and turmeric. Then I add ketchup and mustard sauce and mix everything very well until all the chicken pieces are coated evenly.
After that, I let the chicken marinate for a while so it can absorb all the flavours.

In a separate bowl, I prepare the flour mixture. I add paprika, black pepper, cumin, garlic powder and salt to the flour and mix everything together and also add baking powder and baking soda.

Then I take the marinated chicken pieces and coat them very well with the flour mixture. I gently press the flour onto the chicken so it sticks properly.
Next, I fry the chicken on low heat until it becomes crispy and golden brown.

Once it's ready, there are so many ways to enjoy it. You can eat it as it is, make a sandwich, or use it to prepare a delicious burger.
