Simple meal but very nutritious and healthy. Eating taro this way is really unique for me. We usually eat it boiled then dip in a sugar or mix it some tasty stew. Taro is really good in a stew.

Hi @ruffatotmeee, here we eat it boiled, in soup, mashed, and it's also prepared as chicha, which is very good; oh, I didn't know they mixed it with sugar and stew, I imagine it's delicious.
