Ohhh, interesting way of eating banana, it looks crispy and even the eggplant cream is so new to me. Gosh, there's still a lot to learn in those ingredients.

        Hi @ruffatotmeee, the tostones are crispy, the tender plantain is perfect for that, and the eggplant dip is excellent to accompany various dishes, yum!
