That looks good it's different from the patties I know, and it's healthier. I am not too familiar with Bulgur seeds though 🤔. Not sure too if we have that in our Country 🤔

        Hi friend, I'm so glad you liked the recipe. You can also use couscous, which has finer grains and softens more quickly. I often use it in salads without having to soak it in hot water.
