Veg Roti Tacos Recipe
Indian style crispy veg tacos are made using roti. This is a Mexican recipe, but today I'm making it with roti and vegetables. You can use any vegetable or cheese of your choice. It looks attractive and delicious. To make it even more spicy, I used green chutney.
Ingredients:
Roti - 8 prepared
Potatoes - 3 boiled and grated
Onions - 3 finely chopped
Capsicum - 2 finely chopped
Cabbage - 1 cup finely chopped
Ginger, garlic, and green chili paste
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Butter - as needed
Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Chaat masala powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Schezwan Chutney
Green Chutney
Chili Flakes
Cheese - as needed
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and add the paste of ginger, green chilies, and garlic.

and fry it.

Then add the boiled potatoes.

And one by one, all the vegetables



Add all the dry spices and mix well.

Add (red chili powder, salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, chaat masala, and cumin powder)

Mix well and then add the Szechuan sauce.

Mix well again and let it cool.


To make the tacos, heat a non-stick pan over low heat and apply a little butter.

Placing a roti on top


Toast on both sides, then pour pizza sauce and green chutney over the roti and spread it evenly.

Then, spread the prepared mixture on half of the roti and sprinkle some chili flakes.

Now, grate cheese of your choice on it and add some onion rings.



Now fold the roti into a semicircle.

Cook until golden brown or crisp on both sides. The roti tacos are ready.

Take them out on a plate.

Eat them hot and serve them to others.
