Today I want to share a special experience while making birthday pudding for my beloved brother. ๐ŸŽ‰โœจ
Usually I buy birthday cakes at the store, but this year I wanted to try something different and more personal. Since my brother really loves chocolate and pudding, I finally decided to make cookies n cream pudding with chocolate coating โ€” the result? Super creamy, sweet, and of course full of love! ๐Ÿฅฐ

๐Ÿซ Ingredients Used:

To make this pudding, I used simple ingredients that are easy to find:

Chocolate Layer:

1 sachet of Nutrijel chocolate

2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

5 tablespoons of granulated sugar

2 tablespoons of cornstarch

600 ml of full cream liquid milk

3 small blocks of DCC (Dark Cooking Chocolate)

Milk Layer:

1 sachet of Nutrijel plain

5 tablespoons of granulated sugar

600 ml of full cream liquid milk

100 ml of water

Cookies and cream biscuit pieces (for filling)

Tips: You can adjust the sweetness to your taste. Add pieces of fruit if you want it to be fresher!

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ Steps to Make It:

  1. Prepare the Chocolate Layer

The first step, I mixed the cocoa powder, sugar, Nutrijel chocolate, and cornstarch in a pan. Then I pour in the liquid milk little by little while continuing to stir so that it doesn't clump. After that, add the DCC pieces to strengthen the chocolate flavor. Heat on the stove while stirring until it bubbles and thickens.

  1. Pour the Chocolate Layer

After the chocolate dough is cooked, pour it into the pudding mold about half the height of the mold. Let it sit for a while until it sets.

  1. Prepare the Milk Layer

Next, I make the milk layer dough. Mix Nutrijel plain, sugar, liquid milk, and water. Heat and stir until boiling.
And I add a lot of cookies and cream biscuit for the texture

  1. Pour the Milk Layer

When the chocolate layer starts to harden, pour the white dough on top. Make sure to pour it slowly so that the layers remain neat.

  1. Chill and Serve!

Once done, chill the pudding in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Once it has cooled and set, it can be removed from the mold and is ready to be enjoyed!

When my brother saw this pudding, his eyes immediately lit up! He even said it was better than his birthday cake last year. ๐Ÿ˜„ We enjoyed it with our family, and everyone agreed that the texture was soft, the chocolate flavor was strong, and the sweet and savory combination of milk was just right.
