Welcome to my video blog! I hope you are all doing well and trying to spend your time beautifully with delicious food. Life becomes more enjoyable when we savor it with good food. And when the food is truly delicious, it not only satisfies our taste buds but also brings peace and joy to our hearts.

Friends, in my previous blog I mentioned that I came to the village, and I’m spending a wonderful time here. Each day is becoming lively with delicious homemade food. It feels great to enjoy the beauty of village life after such a long time. However, the weather here has become quite cold. Every household is now filled with freshly harvested rice, and with this new rice flour, various types of tasty pitha are being made. The delightful aroma of pitha all around is truly soothing to the soul.

With the arrival of winter, every household in the village starts preparing a variety of traditional pitha. Anyway friends, today we are making Dudh Chitoi Pitha. This pitha is made with freshly ground rice flour from the new harvest.Dudh Chitoi Pitha is such a delicious treat that almost everyone loves it. After preparing the pitha, it is soaked in plenty of milk. When left in sweetened milk overnight, the pitha becomes soft, tender, and incredibly tasty. Since the milk is mixed with sugar and the pitha absorbs it throughout the night, the flavor becomes even richer and more enjoyable.

The next morning, under the gentle winter sunlight, everyone sits together to enjoy this pitha. It becomes a joyful moment as we gather in the sun and eat together. Each plate is served with soft pitha soaked in creamy, sweetened milk. Everyone enjoys it wholeheartedly, and these shared moments create beautiful memories.

These soft, fluffy milk-soaked pithas melt in the mouth instantly. The taste is so delightful that it truly deserves to be enjoyed every winter. I often visit the village, and my mother prepares many different kinds of pitha. As long as we stay here, she makes a new variety every day.We enjoy our time immensely. I help my mother make the pitha, and in the process, I get to learn the wonderful recipes for each one of them.

I also try these pitha recipes at home, just the way my mother taught me. But I bring new recipes to share with all of you as well. From the things I love and enjoy, I share my daily feelings and experiences with you. I truly consider you all as my own people, and you are like good friends to me.Sharing recipes here gives me joy, and your positive support has made me feel even more connected to you.
