So I thought that since there are many garlic in the house, I make a pickle with garlic.

Frankly, it is great to eat hot rice or bread with garlic pickles. I occasionally eat garlic pickles with the parata. Since my favorite conduct is over. I tried to make garlic ritual in the house today. Since I have made garlic in the house many times before. And I can make it perfectly. So let's learn how to make garlic Pickles.

Garlic Pickles Ingredients:

★2 kg garlic
★7-8 dried pepper
★250 ml tamarind juice
★500 gm Mustard oil
★10 ml vinegar
★2 tablespoon fennel seed
★1 tablespoon dry chilli powder
★2 tablespoon Salt
★1 tablespoon Turmeric powder
★ 2 cup of Sugar
★ 1 tablespoon Paste of raw pepper
★(1) tablespoon Ginger, garlic, cumin paste
★1 tablespoon Black cumin
★5 Bayleaf


Methods:

  • First I remove the garlic peel and washed it with clean water.

  • Pour the mustard oil into a pan

  • The oil is lightly heated and actually give the fennel seed

  • Then I put the leaf leaves in the oil

  • I gave the blackcumin

  • I gave the garlic to get out of the peel

  • I gave the dried pepper

  • After a while I gave vinegar

  • I gave the red pepper powder, salt and turmeric powder

  • Ginger, cumin, garlic, raw chili paste gave

  • This time I moved so that the materials did not burn in the heat.

  • I gave the Tamarind juice in a while

  • I moved well again

  • Now I gave the sugar
  • I left the medium in 15 minutes in heat.The garlic will be boiled in the sugar juice and stirred repeatedly

  • I put the pickles in a bowl so that it was cold

  • I stored the pickles in a glass jar. I used a glass jar, because it will be good for a long time. You can store in other containers if you want
