Today, I have a delicious a la carte menu for you all to enjoy. That is Tuna Fried Rice with Chili Paste
This menu is delicious because it has a sour, sweet, salty taste. And another important thing is that it has many types of Thai herbs in this menu.
Then we went to pick vegetables together. We started by picking vegetables that I grew myself. I picked vegetables and spring onions. I asked my husband to take pictures while I was cutting the vegetables that I grew myself, as I said. Then I went to pick fresh chilies.
In addition, I also collected the tomatoes that I planted to use as ingredients in this menu. Next, I dug up the legs of the tea plants that I planted, both old and young plants around the house. I chose to dig up the young plants and clean them.
When I finished collecting the vegetables, I washed them. While I was making the menu, preparing the ingredients,
my husband's relatives came to visit at home. It was just the right time. I saw that I made this menu to welcome my husband's relatives and his grandchildren.
Ingredients and Ingredients
• Tuna in mineral water 60 grams
• Plain rice 3 cups
• Spring onions 3 stalks
• Kaffir lime leaves 3

Prepare ingredients
Start by washing the vegetables and then cutting them. Peel the shallots, wash them and then thinly slice them as shown in the picture.
Wash the tomatoes from the garden and cut them into small pieces. Chop the kaffir lime leaves into shreds. Crack the eggs into a bowl one at a time until you have 3 eggs and set aside.
Scoop out the cooked rice according to the recipe.
Peel the garlic and wash it and finely chop it. Wash the spring onions and cut them into small pieces.
Wash the thighs and cut them into thin and small pieces.
I felt sorry for the leftover white rice from this morning, so I used it to make fried rice. This is the origin of this menu.
Prepare the fresh chili paste. If you can't eat spicy food, you don't have to add it or reduce or increase the amount.
How to do it
Let's start by putting the pan on the stove. Use an electric stove for cooking.
Then add coconut oil. Wait until the oil is hot, add the chopped garlic, and stir-fry until yellow and fragrant. Then, reduce the heat a bit. This menu uses medium heat.
Then add the eggs and use a spatula to stir-fry the eggs until they are crumbly and cooked.
Add the prepared vegetables. Then add the pounded fresh chili peppers. Add the galangal, shallots, lime leaves, and tomatoes.
Then use a spatula to stir-fry everything together until the vegetables start to wilt. Now it's time to add some flavor by seasoning.
Add chili paste, followed by fish sauce, sugar,
seasoning powder, lime juice, and seasoning sauce. Then stir-fry everything together.
Now we come to the important step. Add the beautiful ingredients and stir-fry until the beautiful ingredients are well blended with the seasonings.
When the rice is well mixed, add the tuna in mineral water. Stir-fry until well mixed. Use high heat. When everything starts to set, turn off the stove. Sprinkle with spring onions to enhance the beauty and aroma of this dish.
When done, scoop onto a plate, decorate with spring onions and fish sauce. Eat with Tuna fried rice with chili paste, decorated with tomatoes, cucumbers and mint leaves. Done and ready to serve.
