The rural areas of our country still carry its heritage.We still enjoy traditional food and always eat home-cooked healthy food.We rarely go to outside restaurants to eat.I think homemade food is the best.So we always prepare food with tradition in mind.


Food for life, food for survival.So food should always be healthy.As a child, I saw that there was a lot of wheat cultivation in our region, but currently wheat cultivation is very less.As a child, I used to watch the farmers of the village collect wheat from the fields during the winter and make flour.They would make bread from the new flour and serve it with vegetables.The vegetables were also grown on their own land.We still hold onto that village tradition.



Although wheat cultivation is very low now, but there is no shortage of wheat in our country because cultivation has not stopped completely.A lot of wheat is also imported from alternative countries.Therefore there is no shortage of wheat and wheat flour in this country.Because many types of breads, etc. are made in this country every day with wheat flour.Traditionally, we still prepare food with wheat flour in the morning.



Since it was a cold morning, the main attraction this morning was making a kind of bread with wheat flour.It is thin and soft bread.Traditionally, it is made with only the touch of the hand, as shown in today's video.After making this flour bread, I fried the eggs.I also made fried eggplant for breakfast.These hot dishes are delicious to eat on a winter morning.Although normal, they are healthy.There are also vegetables



Eating village bread (roti) with vegetables is a traditional dish and I have been seeing it since childhood.I made a simple vegetable stir-fry with green chilies and onions in the morning.Cauliflower and potatoes are among the vegetables that are popular in winter.These vegetables are very beneficial these days, so this morning I also made a vegetable with cauliflower and aloo.So watch the breakfast video.
