Breakfast means healthy breakfast.We eat breakfast after a long sleep of about 8 to 10 hours, so breakfast should be healthy.
We prepare breakfast in different ways.In our region, most breakfasts consist of white rice with local vegetables and wheat bread with vegetables.Some people prepare paratha with bread, noodles, eggs in the morning.However there are some other traditional foods in our region, and that is various types of stuffing.
For example, our breakfast this morning was paratha with potato stuffing and egg omelet.Potatoes are a popular vegetable in this region, and new potatoes begin to appear in the market at the beginning of winter.During this time of winter, it is a tradition to make potato stuffing with green chilies, onions, fresh mustard oil and coriander leaves.This is a local tradition.
My goal is to make a healthy breakfast in the morning because it is necessary for the family.The morning should definitely start with a healthy meal.Research shows that you should eat a healthy breakfast to feel energized throughout the day.Eggs play an important role in this.Paratha with egg omelette and potatoes stuffing with coriander leaves.
This is a traditional breakfast from our region.This healthy breakfast can be made very simply, so I'm sharing it today.







Now first I made potato stuffing with coriander leaves.Here make potato stuffing using fresh mustard oil which will be very tasty.But today instead of green chilies, I used roasted dried chilies.


Then I made this egg omelet.Omelettes can be made simply.There are benefits to eating eggs in the morning in any way.


Then I made parathas with the flour.I used soybean oil in the paratha.Finally, I made breakfast this morning.I am sharing this high-quality and delicious breakfast here.
