El sabor de cada plato nos recuerda lo saludable que es la comida y lo beneficiosa que es para nuestro cuerpo. Debemos comerla como tal. Hoy he preparado una receta de pescado. ¿Qué necesitamos para prepararla y cómo la hacemos? Todos los detalles están a continuación.

Apart from this, the people of Bangladesh like to eat fish a lot, which is why they are called Bengalis with fish.

El pescado es muy beneficioso para nuestro organismo, especialmente para los niños. También es muy beneficioso para todos, desde niños hasta ancianos. Sin embargo, podemos preparar esta receta de pescado de diferentes maneras. Deberíamos incluir distintos tipos de pescado, desde pequeños hasta grandes, en nuestra dieta diaria. Además, a la gente de Bangladesh le gusta mucho comer pescado, por eso se les llama bengalíes amantes del pescado.

To prepare the recipe I am going to make today, first cut the fish well and wash it. Then put it on the stove and add chopped onions and bay leaves. Fry the onions in oil until brown. Don't let them burn. Then add all the spices with a little water. However, I will not add ginger paste and garlic paste. I will cook it a little differently today without them.

Para preparar la receta de hoy, primero corta bien el pescado y lávalo. Luego, ponlo al fuego y añade cebolla picada y hojas de laurel. Sofríe la cebolla en aceite hasta que se dore, sin que se queme. Después, añade todas las especias con un poco de agua. Sin embargo, no añadiré pasta de jengibre ni de ajo. Hoy lo cocinaré de una forma un poco diferente, sin ellas.

Then I will add a little water and cover it with a lid for 5 minutes so that the fish is cooked well, and a fragrance will come out from inside my pan as the fish is cooked. Then I will think that it is cooked.

Luego, tras esperar un rato, pondré el pescado lavado aquí y lo freiré bien con aceite durante dos minutos. Después, añadiré un poco de agua y lo taparé durante 5 minutos para que el pescado se cocine bien. Cuando esté listo, desprenderá un aroma delicioso.

Then, add enough water to check the salt again, and then add a spoonful of fried cumin seeds on top, which will help enhance the taste of the dish and give it an incomparable aroma. It will be ready. You can't wait any longer. Serve this recipe hot in a bowl.
