carrot

Preparation
To prepare the recipe today, I first took Polap rice, washed it well, waited for half an hour, and cooked it until it was 80% cooked.

A todos les encantará esta receta porque es un delicioso arroz frito con verduras. Lleva huevos, verduras y muchas verduras, lo que la hace muy nutritiva y saludable. Es muy beneficiosa para todos, desde niños hasta ancianos. ¡No se la pierdan!

Ingredientes:

Arroz polar
Cebolla
Pimiento verde
Sal
Pimienta molida
Aceite vegetal
Zanahoria
Repollo
Brócoli
Salsa de tomate
Fideos de arroz
Almendras
Pasas

Preparación
Para preparar la receta de hoy, primero tomé arroz polar, lo lavé bien, esperé media hora y lo cociné hasta que estuviera cocido al 80%.

Luego puse una plancha limpia en la estufa y le agregué cebolla picada.

Cuando la cebolla esté ligeramente caliente, añadiré aceite y luego unos chiles verdes junto con todas las verduras.

No lo frías demasiado. Cuando esté ligeramente frito y las verduras estén blandas, romperé dos huevos aquí.

Luego, fríe bien los huevos y las verduras con un poco de aceite durante un rato.
