Hoy les traigo otra deliciosa receta de tortilla de zanahoria, avena y chía. Es ideal para eliminar las harinas refinadas. Muy fácil de preparar y, lo mejor de todo, está deliciosa y es una excelente opción para el desayuno o la cena. Espero que les guste y se animen a probarla, así que sigan conmigo paso a paso.

Today I bring you another delicious carrot, oatmeal, and chia omelet recipe. It's ideal for cutting out refined flours. 01 zanahoria, 01 huevo, 1/2 taza de avena, 01 cucharada de chía, 05 cucharada de agua, sal al gusto.

English:
1 carrot, 1 egg, 1/2 cup oats, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 5 tablespoons water, salt to taste.

Lo primero que hay que hacer es pelar la zanahoria; luego, lavarla y rallarla. También hidrataremos las semillas de chía con tres cucharadas de agua durante diez minutos para activarlas.

The first thing to do is peel the carrot; then wash and grate it. We will also hydrate the chia seeds with three tablespoons of water for ten minutes to activate them.

Coloca la zanahoria rallada, el huevo, las semillas de chía hidratadas, la sal, la avena molida y dos cucharadas de agua para suavizarlas,en un bol; remueve hasta que todo quede bien mezclado. Deja reposar durante unos minutos.


Place the grated carrot, egg, hydrated chia seeds, two tablespoons of water to soften, salt, and ground oats in a bowl; stir until everything is well combined. Let it rest for a few minutes.

Engrasa una sartén con aceite y añade la mezcla con una cuchara; dale forma redonda y fina y cocina a fuego lento por ambos lados durante aproximadamente tres minutos. Entonces estará listo.


Grease a frying pan with oil and add the mixture with a spoon; shape it into a thin round and cook over low heat on both sides for approximately three minutes. Then it will be ready.
