La receta de hoy es pollo a la parrilla con limón, comino y orégano, acompañado de cebollas salteadas. Es una receta muy sencilla, ideal para el almuerzo, deliciosa y, lo más importante, a toda la familia le encantará. A continuación te ofrecemos las instrucciones paso a paso; ten en cuenta que esta receta es para cuatro personas.

Today's recipe is grilled chicken with lemon, cumin, and oregano, served with sautéed onions. This recipe is very simple, a great option for lunch, delicious, and—most importantly—the whole family will love it. Below are the step-by-step instructions; please note that this recipe serves four people.

01 pechuga de pollo, 02 cebollas, 01 limón, 03 dientes de ajo, 01 cucharada de comino, 01 cucharada de orégano, 01 cucharada de paprika, 02 cucharadas de aceite de oliva, 1/4 cucharadita de azúcar, sal y pimienta al gusto.
1 chicken breast, 2 onions, 1 lemon, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of cumin, 1 tablespoon of oregano, 1 tablespoon of paprika, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1/4 teaspoon of sugar, salt and pepper to taste.

Primero, corta la pechuga de pollo en filetes y déjalas escurrir. En un bol, mezcla el jugo de limón, el aceite de oliva, la sal, la pimienta, el ajo picado, la paprika, el comino y el orégano; remueve hasta que quede todo bien mezclado.


First, cut the chicken breast into strips and let them drain. In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, and oregano; stir until everything is well combined.

Adereza los filetes de pollo con la mezcla y dejar marinar por media hora.


Coat the chicken fillets with the mixture and let them sit for half an hour.

Coloca los filetes de pechuga de pollo en una parrilla eléctrica precalentada y engrasada, y cocínalos dándoles la vuelta hasta que estén bien hechos y dorados por ambos lados.


Place the chicken breast fillets on a preheated, greased electric grill and cook them, turning them over until they are cooked through and golden brown on both sides.

Mientras se asan las pechugas de pollo, lavemos, pelemos y cortemos las cebollas en rodajas.

While the chicken breasts are grilling, let's wash, peel, and slice the onions.

Calienta un poco de aceite en una sartén y añade las cebollas; rehógalas hasta que estén tiernas; sazónalas con sal, pimienta y azúcar.


Heat a little oil in a skillet and add the onions; sauté until tender; season with salt, pepper, and sugar.

A la hora de servir, coloca los filetes en el plato, añade la cebolla salteada y ya está listo para disfrutar. Hoy lo he servido con arroz con fideos y plátanos fritos. ¡Buen provecho!
