Taichan satay is different from chicken or meat satay in general, especially local traditional satay. Traditional satay also usually consists of meat and fat, usually served with peanut sauce or soy sauce with chopped chilies and shallots. This Taichan satay has a box-shaped appearance with a pale color, different from traditional satay which is usually marinated with various spices so that it has a distinctive color. Well, this Taichan satay consists of solid meat that is cut into cubes, then marinated with mashed garlic, salt and lime juice, then left for about 10-15 minutes. That's why Taichan satay is pale in color.
In addition to Taichan satay with chicken, here they also provide satay with goat meat so that customers who don't like chicken have the option to enjoy it. similar to satay with chicken, the way they grill and marinate it is done in the same way and with the same ingredients as chicken. This is done so that the taste of Taichan satay remains original and distinctive.

Taichan satay is indeed marinated only with garlic, salt and lime but this changes into a strong distinctive when the satay is grilled. The smokey aroma and taste that appears when grilling makes me tempted and is of course a delicious part. Don't forget the chili sauce from Taichan satay is what culinary lovers are after. The spicy, savory taste that comes from the combination of cayenne pepper, garlic, salt and also hot oil is the main star of Taichan satay.
After waiting for a while, my order finally arrived, and I immediately tried it. And true, Taichan satay is still my favorite. The salty, savory taste of the satay is perfect when eaten together with the spicy and savory chili sauce, adding to its extraordinary taste. And don't forget the addition of lontong as a perfect intermediary taste. In addition to Taichan satay, I also added French fries and iced coffee drinks which made this dish even more perfect.
MY CONCLUSION
For those of you who love spicy food, I recommend Taichan satay to be one of your wishlists to enjoy. Because the smokey taste of the meat wrapped in the spicy savory chili sauce makes this satay a satay that is worth enjoying. Usually this satay is served in 5-10 skewers at an affordable price. Oh yes, besides chicken there is also goat meat, it's just that not many people are interested because the main role of Taichan satay is chicken meat with its tenderness.
