I am also well.Today I have a new recipe for you: Sinni Payes made with milk and mishri.Today's Urs Sharif is the 83rd anniversary. This event has been celebrated for 83 years and is very beautifully decorated. Various types of food are prepared for this event, one of which is Payesh or Sinni.
Ingredients ✅ :
➤ 11 manas of milk
➤ 3 Manas Mishri
➤ 10 manas of rice
Step by step 🔄
First, pour eleven cups of milk into the large pans and heat the milk well for at least 1 hour. Then, pour ten cups of rice into it and add the rock sugar along with the milk and stir well. Stir well for four to five hours so that the paste or sinni is prepared. This is how our sinni recipe will be prepared.
This Sinni or Payesh is cooked on a special day. Every year we celebrate this Urs Mubarak. It is a different event for the Pirs in the Marfat Tariqa along with the Sharia of our Islamic religion. Various food and drinks are organized for this Urs Mubarak, among which Sinni or Payesh is one of them. In this Urs Mubarak, the devotees of the Pir perform various songs with artists. Musical instruments including drums and piano are used. It becomes very grand.
The paste made by mixing milk with mistri is a very sacred food that is very popular with the common people. People from far and wide wait for this Urs Mubarak. They can enjoy it well. Those who are devotees of Pir enjoy this festival. Various types of shops are set up here. This event takes place from 8 am to 4 am tomorrow. People sing songs all night and have a lot of fun.
