Within the past 20 years, there are quite a number of actresses, influencers, and even normal citizens in Malaysia marrying Italians therefore several restaurants owned by Italian people in Klang Valley caught my attention. Today, let me introduce to you a’Roma Dinings. This Italian restaurant is rather well-known for their handmade Italian pasta. The handmade pasta trend has gained significant popularity in recent years, driven by a growing interest in artisanal food, cooking at home, and the desire for authentic culinary experiences.
The ambience in this restaurant is rather chill and relaxing as fewer people come here for lunch. The interior design is quite elegant. This place is livelier in the evening to cater to the dinner crowd. Also, it is a little past its heyday. Malaysians have a tendency to flock newer and trendier restaurants located right in the city centre. We are here to try out their signature pasta dishes but ended up ordering the tasting menu as well.
The house Ceasar salad, carbonara and special saffron butter sauce pasta are really good. They are light, non-greasy and easy on the stomach. We felt energetic and lively even after a full-on heavy lunch. We are very happy to have dropped by this interesting place. The service is impeccable too. The waiters are well verse in the menu and made excellent suggestions as well as recommendations. We are happy with all the dishes.
As for further improvements, they can ask local fish mongers to supply better quality and fresher seasonal catch. Although their cooking technique is remarkable, we could tell that the fish they use is from the frozen source. So, that’s the only downfall to look out for. However, we are still very keen to return to try their minestrone soup.

在过去的20年里，有不少女演员、网红，甚至普通民众都嫁给了意大利人，因此巴生谷几家意大利餐厅引起了我的注意。今天，我要向大家介绍a’Roma Dinings。这家意大利餐厅以手工意大利面闻名。近年来，随着人们对手工食品、在家烹饪以及追求正宗美食体验的兴趣日益浓厚，手工意大利面的潮流也越来越流行。
由于午餐时间人少，这家餐厅的氛围显得更加轻松惬意。餐厅的室内设计相当优雅。为了迎合晚餐人群，这里在晚上会更加热闹。而且，它的鼎盛时期也已经过去了。马来西亚人往往喜欢涌向市中心那些更新、更时尚的餐厅。我们来这里是为了品尝他们的招牌意大利面，但最后也点了试吃套餐。
招牌凯撒沙拉、卡邦尼意面和特制藏红花黄油酱意面都非常美味。它们清淡不油腻，而且很适合胃口。即使吃了一顿丰盛的午餐，我们仍然感觉精力充沛、充满活力。我们很高兴来到这家有趣的餐厅。这里的服务也无可挑剔。服务员对菜单了如指掌，并给出了很棒的建议和推荐。我们对所有菜品都很满意。
至于进一步的改进，他们可以要求当地的鱼贩提供更优质、更新鲜的当季鱼。虽然他们的烹饪技术很出色，但我们可以看出他们使用的鱼是冷冻的。所以，这是唯一需要注意的缺点。不过，我们仍然非常渴望再次光临，品尝他们的蔬菜通心粉汤。
