¿Cuál es la preparación?/ What is the preparation?⬇️
🍝 Paso 1: Lo primero que hice fue poner a hervir agua con sal para cocinar la pasta, seguidamente se agrega la pasta hasta que llegue a su punto de cocción, mientras por otro lado pique en rodajas pequeñas varias salchichas y reserve para luego picar tomate y cebolla blanca en cuadros pequeños

🍝 Paso 2:Posteriormente la cebolla y el tomate debidamente picado los puse a sofreír con un poquito de aceite y color, luego agregue las salchichas y deje cocinar unos cinco minutos aproximadamente a fuego bajo, después agregue La salsa boloñesa tape y deje cocinar unos minutos más para así concentrar e integrar los sabores.
🍝 Step 2: Then I fried the onion and tomato properly chopped with a little oil and color, then add the sausages and let cook for about five minutes over low heat, then add the Bolognese sauce and let cook a few minutes more to concentrate and integrate the flavors.

🍝 Paso 3:Lista la pasta y las salchichas con las salsas, ya está listo de servir, para ello yo tengo dos maneras que resultan deliciosas ambas, la primera es servir la pasta blanca y encima agregar las salchichas con la salsa, o integrar la pasta blanca a la salsa e ir removiendo hasta integrar por completo, o en su efecto servir de la primera manera y el resto que quede integrar por completo, siendo este último que yo use.
