Quiero compartir con ustedes la #receta para preparar una deliciosa ensalada cocida con papa 🥔 huevo 🥚 remolacha y zanahoria 🥕 la cual va perfecta aderezada con mayonesa.
Este tipo de ensalada me gusta mucho, por lo general no lleva remolacha a mí me gusta ponerle la remolacha pero a diferencia del resto de los ingredientes no la corto en trozos sino que la paso por un rallador porque siento que la remolacha es un poquito más dura, y así se hace más fina.
Ésta es perfecta para un almuerzo, en esta oportunidad la serví con arroz blanco y un bistec encebollado; la combinación quedó muy deliciosa 😋

I really like this type of salad. It usually doesn't have beets. I like to add beets, but unlike the rest of the ingredients, I don't chop them. I grate them because I find beets to be a little harder, and that way they become finer.
This one is perfect for lunch. This time I served it with white rice and steak with onions; the combination was delicious 😋

Primero lavamos muy bien todos los vegetales y llevamos a cocinar hasta que hayan ablandado; dejamos reposar para luego retirar la concha.
First wash all the vegetables very well and cook until they have softened; leave to stand and then remove the shells.
Una vez retirada la concha, cortamos en cuadros la papa ila zanahoria 🥕 y el huevo 🥚 la remolacha la pasamos por un rallador, añadimos la sal al gusto, mezclamos y para aderezar puse una buena cantidad de mayonesa; mezclamos muy bien y ya está lista nuestra ensalada cocida.

A la hora de servir, coloqué un poco de cilantro finamente picado; como les comenté anteriormente servi está ensalada con arroz blanco y un delicioso bistec; fue un almuerzo familiar realmente espectacular!
